The SchafbergBahn is in operation as follows:

To the intermediate station Schafbergalm:

• 7 March – 12 April (Saturday and Sunday)
• 2 April – 6 April 2026 (daily) and 18 April – 24 April 2026 (daily)

• From April 25 to November 1, 2026, the SchafbergBahn cog railway runs daily to the Schafberg summit (mountain station).

Café & Restaurant EQ

• From 7 March 2026 to 31 March 2026, we will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• 2 April to 6 April, open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The WolfgangseeSchifffahrt ferries is in operation as follows:

The FestungsBahn funicular is in operation:

• 09:00 am – 05:00 pm: last ascent, 05:00 pm, descent 05:15 pm (except during events)

The MönchsbergAufzug lift is open: 

• Mo: 08.00 am - 07.00 pm
• Tu - Su: 08.00 am - 09.00 pm

Starting January 2026, the WasserSpiegel museum on Mönchsberg can only be visited by school groups.
